 Not by pressure, but by understanding that the way things are is a result of invisible forces.

 Rearranging those forces or thier impacts allows change to be the path of least resistance.

 

The ability to establish trust.

 Not because you are given authority by your position, but because you have taken the time to truly understand the processess, but more importantly, the people.
